Baobab Oil
Cold-pressed from the seeds of Africa's most emblematic tree. Naturally rich in essential fatty acids, recognised for its skin-conditioning and moisturising properties. Sourced from Tanzania.
Squalane
A lightweight emollient found naturally in the skin's own lipids. Valued for its exceptional absorption and its skin-conditioning and softening properties.
Abyssinian Oil
Cold-pressed from the seeds of the Abyssinian mustard plant. Naturally rich in erucic acid, known for the fine, silky finish it lends to oils. Sourced from South Africa.
Kalahari Melon Oil
Cold-pressed from the seeds of a melon that survives the Kalahari's dry seasons. Exceptionally high in linoleic acid, prized for its light texture and skin-conditioning properties. Sourced from Namibia.
Ximenia Oil
Cold-pressed from the kernels of the wild plum, a slow-growing African tree. Rich in oleic acid, long used across southern Africa for its softening and skin-conditioning properties. Sourced from Namibia.
Desert Date Oil
Cold-pressed from the kernels of a tree that thrives where little else does. Rich in oleic and linoleic acids, traditionally valued across the Sahel for its conditioning properties.
Ceramides
Naturally present in Wheat Grain Extract. Lipids of the same family as those found in the skin's own outer layer, valued in cosmetic formulation for their skin-conditioning properties.
Origin Story
Precious Glow Face Oil
Some of Africa's finest oils come from the places where growing anything is hardest. The desert date, which fruits in the Sahel through the dry season. The Kalahari melon, which holds enough water in its seed to outlast a drought. The ximenia, a slow-growing wild plum that southern Africa has used on skin for generations. Plants that have learned to keep what they have.
Alongside them sit Baobab and Abyssinian oils, Squalane, and ceramides drawn from wheat grain, the same family of lipids the skin makes for itself.
Seven or eight drops, warmed between the fingertips. That is all it takes.
